This is a renovation project for 40 years old reinforced concrete structure apartment.Of course it is an old structure, but very simple and luxurious structure, compared with the recently condominium, which is divided in plenty of rooms.
The room is on the fourth floor, the top floor, in the south-west.So it can have openings in two directions, south and west, and can enjoy a fine view of blue sky and a green tract of land around.In the project, we made the best use of luxurious structure and its great view.At first we moved every thing from the window side, which obstruct the view. To next we planned there a long void space.We produced boxes at the wall side for each use, bath toilet, closet, bedroom, kitchen and balcony.The relation should never shut up between the boxes and by the long void space, we have made, a new relation will arise.
